How we collect and rank plans

Transparency matters, so here is exactly how the data on this site is gathered, checked and ranked.

Where the data comes from

Plan details come from provider websites and APIs, with manual entries where automated collection is limited. Mini-storage prices come from providers; government records supply premises and compliance information. Elderly-care listings cover residential homes and community services using SWD registers, SWD ElderlyInfo and provider sources. Available facts and coverage differ by source. Check each listing's recorded sources and dates; missing information is not confirmation that a service or feature is unavailable.

Publishing checks

Some plan changes that pass automated checks are published automatically. Changes outside those checks are staged for review. A published listing does not mean every fact has been independently checked by a person.

How 'best for X' is decided

Our shortlists are computed from the plan data itself: 'cheapest' sorts by the effective price you actually pay (promo if there is one, otherwise standard); 'most data' sorts by local data allowance, with unlimited plans first; 'best for roaming' looks at plans with a roaming day-pass, cheapest first. We do not hand-pick winners.

Freshness

Plan pages show the stored verification date when available. Automated collection can be more recent than that date and does not establish that every fact has been independently reverified. Promotions change quickly, so confirm the current price and terms with the provider before buying.

Accuracy & corrections

We work hard to keep data correct, but prices and terms may be out of date or wrong. Plan information is for reference only — always confirm directly with the provider. If you spot an error, please let us know.
