About DealSifu
We built DealSifu because we were frustrated by how opaque Hong Kong's mobile market is. Prices, data caps, roaming terms and fine print are scattered across operator sites, change constantly, and are hard to compare side by side. So we built the tool we wanted: one place to compare every plan clearly — in English and Cantonese — to help everyone find a fair deal.
Independent
We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any of the operators or MVNOs listed, and we take no commission from them. We aggregate publicly available plan information and present it on equal terms. Our rankings are driven by the data — price, data and features — not by who pays us.
How we stay free
DealSifu earns no commission from any provider, and no operator pays us to be listed or to rank higher. We keep the site free with privacy-friendly ads only. That means nothing on the page is shaped by who pays us — rankings are driven purely by the plan data.
What we cover
We track SIM-only and with-phone plans from Hong Kong's network operators (csl, 1O1O, SmarTone, 3HK, China Mobile HK) and MVNOs (Club SIM, Lucky SIM, SoSIM, Birdie, CUniq), including local, Mainland China and roaming data, 5G and eSIM. We also compare home broadband from the major fibre and 5G providers, Hong Kong mini-storage facilities by district and effective monthly cost, and private, subsidised and voucher-funded elderly care homes — so the same clear, side-by-side comparison applies to the services that matter around the home and for family members.
