A usage-limit message, an expired login and a suspended account need different fixes. Advice about keeping the same IP address cannot tell you which problem you have. Save the exact wording and the time it happened before signing out, replacing keys or paying for another plan.

Send one useful support report
- Include the account email, product, exact error, time and timezone, and whether the problem affects all tasks or one request.
- For API problems, include the request ID and model when available. Remove API keys, passwords and private customer data from logs.
- For billing problems, include the receipt reference and last four card digits only if requested through official support.
- If the account may be compromised, secure the email and revoke exposed credentials. Keep a record of unexpected activity for the provider.
Keep access recoverable
Use an account you control, retain receipts and recovery methods, and check the policy for the place where you use the service. No article can promise a ban-proof combination of SIM, card and network. If a restriction is a mistake, evidence about the affected account is more useful than a new identity.
